1. Definitions
· "The Seller" refers to Sloane Global Trading Limited, trading as Sloane Pet Foods.
· "The Buyer" means any individual or business purchasing or agreeing to purchase goods from the Seller.
· "The Goods" refers to any products provided by the Seller under these Terms and Conditions.
By accessing this website and purchasing from it, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
2. General
All information on this website is, to the best of our knowledge, accurate at the time of publication. However, we reserve the right to update or amend any details, including prices and product descriptions, without prior notice.
3. Payment Terms
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to withhold delivery if payment has not been received. Goods remain the property of Sloane Global Trading Limited until payment has been made in full.

5. Prices
Unless otherwise stated:
· Prices are exclusive of VAT and other applicable duties.
· Carriage and insurance are charged separately.
Prices may change after order confirmation if costs increase due to factors such as exchange rates, supplier pricing, duties, or delivery fees. The Seller reserves the right to invoice at prices valid at the time of dispatch.
6. Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by the Seller. If items are unavailable or changes are necessary, we will contact you for further instructions. No payment will be taken until the order is accepted.
7. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays in delivery do not entitle the Buyer to cancel the order. Shortages must be reported in writing within three days of receipt.
Goods are shipped via DPD on a next working day service and are insured against loss or damage in transit. This cover ends once the goods are signed for. Any damages must be reported in writing within three days. Claims must be made within 14 days of dispatch.
8. Returns & Cancellations
To initiate a return, email us at info@sloanepetfoods.com. Items must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition to be eligible for a refund.
Note: Custom or special-order items cannot be cancelled or returned.
Under UK law, consumers have the right to cancel orders within 14 days of delivery. Notification must be provided in writing to:

Returned goods must be handled with care and sent in original or secure packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and associated risks.
9. Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, all products carry a 30-day warranty against faults in materials or workmanship. During this period, we may offer a refund, repair, or replacement at our discretion. This applies only if:
· The fault is reported in writing and the item is returned for inspection.
· The product has not been misused or tampered with.
· The item was purchased directly from us.
Goods must not be used in medical or life-critical situations without prior written consent. All other warranties—express or implied—are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
10. Ownership and Risk
Ownership of goods passes to the Buyer only after full payment. Until then, the Seller retains the right to repossess goods and enter premises to retrieve them if necessary. Risk transfers to the Buyer upon delivery.
11. Defective Goods
Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of defective goods up to the invoice value. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Goods will be dispatched with a minimum shelf life of four weeks unless agreed otherwise.
12. Substitutions
We do not substitute products with alternatives unless explicitly agreed.
13. Force Majeure
Neither party will be liable for failure to fulfil obligations due to circumstances beyond their control, including (but not limited to): natural disasters, strikes, government actions, transport issues, or supply chain disruption.
14. Legal Compliance
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We comply with the E-Commerce Regulations 2002.
15. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Only authorised staff access customer information on a need-to-know basis. Any breach of data security will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken. Calls may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes.
16. Order Acceptance Policy
We require your full name, address, and contact details to process orders. You have 14 working days from delivery to cancel your order under UK regulations. Refunds will be processed once goods are returned in acceptable condition.
17. Complaints

18. Amendments
These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous versions. Any variations must be confirmed in writing by the Seller. A waiver on one occasion does not imply a waiver on future occasions.
