What is the Sloane Pet Foods Subscription?
At Sloane Pet Foods, we understand how important high-quality nutrition is for your pets—and how challenging it can be to find the right option, especially when each pet has their own dietary needs and taste preferences. That’s why we offer our Sloane Subscription service, allowing you to have nutritious food delivered straight to your door on a schedule that suits you.
Getting started is easy: simply choose your pet’s favourite products, tell us how often you’d like to receive them, and we’ll handle the rest. Our user-friendly subscription service allows you to make changes, pause, or cancel your orders at any time.
As a bonus, all Sloane Subscription orders over £54.99 receive 5% off and free delivery.
Subscribing to our Sloane Subscription service is straightforward. Just follow the instructions in the ‘How to Subscribe’ section on our website
Once you’ve subscribed, you’ll receive a confirmation email for your Sloane Subscription order. Going forward, future orders will be placed automatically based on your chosen delivery frequency, and your payment method will be charged when each order is dispatched.
You’ll also receive timely email updates about your subscription, such as if an item goes out of stock, is discontinued, or when an order is successfully placed. If there are any price changes, we’ll notify you in advance so you can update or cancel your subscription if needed.
You can choose to have orders delivered every 2 to 8 weeks. You’re also welcome to set up different schedules for individual products, offering full flexibility to suit your needs.
There’s no minimum or maximum limit to the number of products you can include in your Sloane Subscription.
Our Sloane Subscription service is designed to be flexible. You can easily adjust your order frequency, skip an upcoming order, update product selections, or pause/cancel at any time.
To request changes, please email us at info@sloanepetfoods.com with your name, postcode, and the specific updates you’d like. Kindly allow up to 24 hours for processing.
To update your card details, please refer to the ‘How can I update my payment card details?’ section.
For all other account updates, email info@sloanepetfoods.com with the relevant information. We’ll send a confirmation once your request has been processed. Alternatively, call us on 01283 576814, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
You can view your next scheduled orders by logging into your Sloane Pet Foods account. Click on ‘My Orders,’ then select ‘Manage Subscription,’ followed by ‘See More Details’ and finally ‘Upcoming Order.’
Yes, you can! To add new items, email info@sloanepetfoods.com with the details of the products you’d like to include. We’ll confirm once your changes have been made. Alternatively, give us a call on 01283 576814 for assistance.
To update your payment method, log into your account and go to ‘My Orders.’ Click on ‘Manage Subscription,’ then ‘See More Details,’ followed by ‘Payment Details’ and ‘Update Payment.’
You’ll receive an email titled “Update your payment method for Sloane Pet Foods.” Click ‘Confirm Payment Information’ in the email to open a secure webpage where you can enter your new card details. When finished, click ‘Update Card.’
Our subscription service already includes a 5% discount and free delivery for orders over £54.99. Additional promotional codes or offers cannot be applied to subscription purchases.
